Missing FX bin in track view

Long time Sonar user just getting back into things. Running the latest version of Cakewalk and I can't seem to find the FX bin in my track view. All the images I see online show it in the place I expect to see it. On my installation, it's simply not there. I can insert effects in the console view, but nothing shows up in track view. What am I missing?

Never mind. Just discovered the drop-down menu in the upper right. Oops.

Whats odd is that drop down on your screenshot says "workspace"  mine doesn't have that as an option,, It say's All, Custom Mix etc.  But I think we all get caught by that one at some point. It's usually the template that does it.

The [Workspace] indication the Track Control drop down means the Workspace menu is set to something other than None.
