Bajan Blue - Thanks for listening Nigel - perhaps I should add a bit more verb to the lead vocal - it does sound a bit up-front.

DeeringAmps - Thanks Tom - I'm glad you liked the song.  I'll do another remix but I think it sounds alright as is.

Don't do that! Your style is your style.
That's one of the tough questions when producing,
are we after the Artist's style, or is the Artist after the producers style...

I'm liking this one a lot, Doug. Not much to critique IMO, maybe could be EQ'd a bit brighter IDK.
Really liked that lead in ~ 0:35. Something in there sounds like a 60s band to me but can't put my finger on it.

Lynn - I'm glad you liked it - thank you very much for listening.

DeeringAmps - OK - I'll keep this mix up - good advise.

bjornpdx - Thanks for your comment and for listening. By the way, the lead guitar on this one is a Fender Telecaster - I thought it fit the song.

you can friggin write a song. Love the arrangement choices.

I'm pretty sure your rhythm guitars in the first part of the song are out just ahead the beat of the snare. The drums and bass seem locked, but you might check to see if those guitars are anticipating the drums just a tad.

The lead guitar seems in the pocket, tho.

excellent as usual!

cheers,

-Tom

Great tone on the lead guitar, I'd like to drive that rhythm guitar just a bit harder but it's very personal thing, I also think a bit more reverb would lift the vocal a touch - great track though - another keeper. Andy

David Sprouse - Thanks for the compliment - I appreciate it.

emeraldsoul - Thank you very much for lending your ears to my tune - I laid down the rhythm guitar track with a loop to start off - then I built the drum track afterwards - maybe that's why you heard they were a bit forward regarding the snare in the first part of the song.

freddy j - Thank you very much for listening.

Andy BO1 - Thanks for your comments and critiques - I appreciate it.
