Yes Roundabout with Geddy Lee on Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2017

My first concert was seeing Yes after the release of Close to the Edge at, I think, the Long Beach Area.
I went with a car load of friends stuffed into my newly acquired and resuscitated Ford Falcon station wagon.

At Yes' appearance at the 2017 R&R Hall of Fame Geddy Lee fills in for the late bassist Chris Squire and kicks @ss.

I've seen this at least a dozen times before and still think it's awesome.  They couldn't have found anyone better to take Chris' place (or who looked up to Chris more).

I've always been a big fan of Yes, unfortunately never saw them live. This was a well deserved achievement!

I have seen Rush live a couple of times, and could imagine no other bassist filling in for Chris!  :D

Rush and Yes, two of my all-time favourites so having Geddy on Bass for Yes seems and sounds like a perfect combination.

Very enjoyable - thanks TS.

Whoa, Rick Wakeman hasn't lost anything! One of my 5 best bands, plus Geddy Lee...(he could also have done the vocal if Anderson couldn't go).

As James already knows from Beyond My DAW, you guys ought to check out the Mystery.  The best prog band from Canada you've never heard of!  (They formed in 1986!) The guitarist/founder was definitely a fan or Rush.  I can't stop listening to their entire discography...

Here's just one of their albums that's a personal favorite plucked from the middle of their collection:
