Reactions allowed on locked posts?? Why?

If a post is locked why allow reactions?
Seems counter intuitive.

Lol, good ol Slippery - new user with 2 posts under his belt or old user using an alias to troll the forum?
Perfect of example of why a locked post should actually be locked.
Also a good example of why users with under 10 posts shouldn't be allowed to 'react' to posts - to prevent flyby spamming.

 you can then select your level of ignoring (level of ignorance?)

Actually that's one of the reasons why a post is locked; voting either yay, nay, hooray, etc. is tantamount to continuing the discussion.

I noticed that recently, too. Probably just an overlooked feature that the moderators haven't figured out yet. Still has the fresh paint smell around here. Give 'em time!

No, I mean forum software spam filter that removes unwanted posts before we see them.
