How: Set Default Folder To Open When Clicking Import

When I click import, CW is defaulting to the Audio Library folder on my C: drive .  How can I set that to open to my Projects file on my M: drive?

Also, on the same screen when importing, "Preview Bus" is set to Focusrite USB ASIO Mon 1. I usually set it to Master. I don't know what I'm doing nor why. Can someone please explain this to me? Thanks!

The default folder for importing audio is read from Wave Files in Preferences > File > Folder Locations
