T-Racks and Amplitube Updates (Not a Deal)

I just noticed the Tape machines had been updated yesterday then realized that it was all of T-Racks updated to v5.3.1 on 3rd March.

T-Racks v5.3.1 Release Notes

1. Fixed possible problem with Custom Shop Authorization (Note: Please ensure that you install the updated Custom Shop during the main installation process)
2. Fixed multiple option entries in undo/redo
3. Fixed possible problem with Suite resize which could cause the GUI to not be displayed correctly
4. Fixed Sunset Sound Studio Reverb - Wrong room image may be loaded when re-opening the GUI

Amplitube v4.9.1 Update:

I noticed that Amplitube was updated on 4th February to v4.9.1 - maybe I missed it (couldn't find it posted). The Release Notes just says "General reliability Improvements". 

Please note this information from Larry .... If you hit the "loop" problem, just run Custom Shop through Amplitube (it's the little shopping cart in the upper right hand corner) and that should solve the problem!

So check your accounts for updates!

Custom Shop update has not been uploaded yet.  It still shows
1.8, which creates the "infinite loop".  Guess I'll scurry off and do
it all manually!

While the download Amplitube shows 4.9.1, but when you install

it, it's 4.9.0, which is the same version already installed.  Also, the 
Custom Shop that gets installed with BOTH installers is still 1.8.0 which gives the "infinite
update loop"

Did the TRacks update behave Larry?

yes ZT...it updated to 5.3.1 as expected.  Everything else...FAIL

Oddly, when I launched Custom Shop THROUGH Amplitube, which
STILL shows version 4.9.0, it opened, and, after that, even the stand alone
opened properly, but I can't find a version # now

Thanks Larry! I have put a warning in the first post to hang fire with the Amplitube update for now!

I had only just finished downloading them and hadn't got around to installing them yet.

I updated Amplitube to 4.9.1

But when I started Custom Shop it said Amplitube needed updating. Realizing I had already did that, I started Amplitube in standalone and it was indeed updated to 4.9.1

So I figured something was amuk with Custom Shop.

Yes, Amplitube did update to 4.9.1 as expected...

All is well now...if you hit the "loop" problem, just run
Custom Shop through Amplitube (it's the little shopping cart

That's actually the strangest thing I've ever had happen with IK.
While I gripe about everything else, their installations are usually 
solid!
