David Sprouse
From a musical I wrote in the 80's. Not really happy with the drums throughout. And Ozone's master assistant squeezed it. :D:D https://davidsprouse.bandcamp.com/track/gossip-song-2
DeeringAmps
Kind of feel like the hero is walking into a dangerous situation here; close? Then the feel changes. Gotta watch those “assistants” in Ozone. More so I find with Neutron. Ozone 9? t
David Sprouse
Ya, ozone 9 master assistant. I think it's best used to get loudness right, rather than mix right, no? Thanks for listening.
Douglas Kirby
I thought this was a cool jazzy groove - I enjoyed the listen.
David Sprouse
Thank you Douglas. Sometimes (I've heard) my ideas are kind of dippy; but they're only meant to entertain. :D:D Edited March 1, 2020 by David Sprouse
freddy j
Indeed a cool Cool Jazz sound, or maybe a bebop - Cool Jazz hybrid. Whatever, it is a cool song. I particularly liked the duo with the guitar and piano sounds near the beginning.
AndyB01
Enjoyed that David, a slight Henry Mancini vibe at the start there - I had images of the Pink Panther in my head for a minute. Nice changes and some cool progressions - a really nice feel. Well done. Andy
bjornpdx
David, I like the exploration feel to the song, like walking around in an unfamiliar place seeing what's there. Something like that. Drums were bit too aggressive in one spot. It brought to mind Pink Panther for me as well.

PhonoBrainer
Like a Prog Martini Jazz. Very very interesting. What did you use for drums? They sounded good to me, maybe just a bit more fill programming in certain spots? You have a very strong sense of compositional style, I can hear it in all of your works I think. What was the musical about? cheers, -Tom
