Layout changing

I'm not sure if it's just me but I've noticed that after saving and reopening Cakewalk my screen layout has changed and I have to rearrange everything again.

Anybody else have this problem?

Thanks for the thread but it's not helping at all. I must be losing it because I cannot find the workspace drop down menu.

It has been in the same upper right corner of the main CbB window since the first version. In fact it predates CbB. In older versions of CbB it was called Lenses.

Ok, I can appreciate that it's been there forever but I don't have it on my screen. I've never had to use it. My layout always stayed how I left it.

Where can I go to load it on my screen again?

I don't know of a way to suppress the drop down. AFAIK, it is always displayed just above the track view on the right just below the Windows decorations.

Exactly which version (numerically) of Cakewalk are you running?

In the extreme up right there is a tag called workspaces. After placing everything in the control bar in a way you like, go in workspaces and choose "none".

Save and get out.
