Bandlab refusing to open file for recording

Hi Gang...

Keni here logging in using Charlie's account while I'm trying to debug his system.

All is well except (?) when I click to enter record (track enabled already - i/o settings all correct) I get a warning message that it can't open a track to record. I have never seen this before. I verified that the correct drives are set and that they both are allowing file creation outside of CbB. Correct driver and i/o selections.

This machine was used for Sonar Platinum many years ago.
