Layering channel

Hello,

I have switched from to studio to cakewalk.  There is a plug-in in FL that creates a midi channel, with no instrument assigned. you can add multiple instruments, they will play the notes symiltaniously the notes in the layer channel when you link them in the plug-in layer channel.

My terminology may be incorrect.  Best explained on YouTube.  search for studio channel layer plug-in. I would like to get the result in cakewalk.

In CbB to send the same MIDI data to multiple targets either

• Clone the instrument/MIDI tracks and use linked clips or
• Use one MIDI track and a virtual MIDI cable (LoopBe1 is the best free choice for this) to drive multiple instrument/MIDI tracks.
