Did the Cakewalk by Bandlab update today (1/31/2020), and now my drums, Superior Drums and EZdrummer, are not working. Very impressed with the program up to this point. Hope the issue is resolved soon.

FWIW, I just loaded up SD2, SD3 and EZD in CbB 26.01.0.34. All three work OK here. Can't offer any suggestions based on the info provided.

You might need to provide more information. What is not working? Does it load but not produce any sound? Can you see midi getting to it but no sound is playing?

All is well. Ended up reloading and updating my Superior drums. That seems to have done the trick. Had some issues with reloading EZDrummer. Said it loaded with errors. Used the Toontrack Product Manager, a nice feature.

Historically when Toontrack supplied 32 and 64bit plug-ins, the 32bit plug-ins do not work in 64bit hosts. Make sure the latest 64bit versions are installed and do not put the 32bit plug-ins in the CbB scan path.

I noticed in a post in the 2020.01 feedback thread someone has Toontrack plug-ins installed in the VST3 folder. This is a problem, see

Yeah, it appears that somehow Toontrack is putting their plug-ins in the VST3 path. This is wrong. A change was made to CbB 2020.01 to skip dlls in the VST3. This change was made because manufacturers have taken to adding support dlls in the path. There is an ongoing discussion about this here

I believe it was started in reaction the the thread I linked above.
