King Burton Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Don't see anything related to Melodyne activation. Is this just a trial version? Shame if so. main reason I moved from sonar + Melodyne 3.2.2 was for M4
0 scook Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 CbB includes a time-limited trial version of Melodyne 4. X3 Studio and Producer included a full license for Melodyne 2 Essential. When Melodyne 4 was announced, the upgrade from Melodyne 2 Essential to Melodyne 4 Essential was free. SONAR Professional and Platinum originally included Melodyne 2 Essential but moved to Melodyne 4 Essential when it was released. Users who purchased X3 Studio/Producer did not get an additional license when upgrading to Professional/Platinum. Users were granted one license per full retail purchase of SONAR Studio/Producer/Professional/Platinum. Melodyne 3 was a 32bit only multi-track version (a.k.a Melodyne Studio) which was migrated to the Melodyne 4 along with the single-track Melodyne 2 products. There was no Melodyne 3 Essential/Assistant/Editor.
0 King Burton Posted January 16, 2020 Author Posted January 16, 2020 So - to land the plane - The truth is Melodyne HERE is only a LIMITED trial version that could have been downloaded direct from Celemony and is just a carrot to DL Platinum. I would be better off reloading full feature Studio 3.2.2. Pity. Lot of wasted time.
0 Jim Fogle Posted January 17, 2020 Posted January 17, 2020 The add on here is the same as the trial version on the Celemony website. Plus there is no uninstaller.
