TheSteven
When Wave updates Mercury with a new plugin Can I just install the new plugin? or do I have to reinstall Mercury? I know that if I reinstall Mercury it'll show up but other route would be quicker. Question came to mind because Waves just released CLA MixHubhttps://discuss.cakewalk.com/index.php?/topic/1025-cla-mixhub-intro-waves/
rasure
Login to Waves, then in your account click "Get Latest Version" this will put updated version in Waves Central. Reactivate Mercury. Just installs new plugin, unless you didn't update yesterday then it will update a few other plugs too.
TheSteven
I forgot the process thanks for the reminder. The process did reinstall Mercury, not just the new plugin. Probably not anyway to avoid that.
Bapu
That's because Mercury is made of a large outer shell which executes the individual "bundles". Sometimes they add on a new shell and so sometimes you'll only install the new shell and it's new bundles. IIRC. But, I've been wrong before.
