Vernon Barnes Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 Had got to be best album and song title of 2019. It's by A Formal Horse. The music is, like the title, wonderfully bonkers and unlike anything else I can think of. http://aformalhorse.com
craigb Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 Haven't listened yet, but found a link to the whole album and thought I'd post it. Will listen right after I get done with the Joy Division discography!
paulo Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 I quite liked the album title "Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent" because it felt all too familiar. No idea what the album is like. Saw the guy doing one track live on a tv show and mostly struggled to understand whatever it was that he was singing, so still none the wiser.
craigb Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 It's playing now and I like it so far. Definitely not used to so-called "Prog" songs being so short though! Most are even shorter than pop radio tunes of the 70's.
craigb Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 Hey Glynn, your offering reminded me of this band (Bent Knee). This is their full album, Land Animal.

There seems to continuity between some tracks in as much as you would want to play the album in the right order.
