I used a Brother Label Maker on the patch bay front. On the cables themselves I did nothing. I only have (essentially) one of these:

So I signed up for Forever29 in May. They charged my account $29.99 as expected and within minutes I received my $1 voucher code. Today was month 2. They charged my account at about 10AM today. It's now 8:30PM and I have yet to receive my $1 voucher. I used the Contact Support page to inform them. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Maybe the merger Cluster****ed up the Forver29 system. Yeah, I checked my SPAM folder.

That would be the end of humanity as we know it if those were invented. You know like how the synthesizer was viewed when it was first invented. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

It's always worked that way for EZDrummer, EZKeys MIDI packs and EZMix modules for me. I've no reason to think it would not work for EZBass MIDI too.

Fortunately I still have a single EZBass MIDI serial (individually bought previously) in case they come out with a new one before Thomann gets this resolved.

Any way, get enough people together to tell their one off problem on <insert product installer name here> and you'd think none of them work ever.

I have the entire ToonTrack productline up through EZD3 on a PC and a MacPro 2012. Never had that problem. Sounds like a one off (to me) although a big one off to you I'm sure. I will admit that once on the Mac I had EZD2 kit that would not update. Lasted for about three weeks and with no changes to my system one day it worked. IIRC it Latin Perc. And again it was only on the Mac, the PC was fine.

And so it goes.
