I like amplitude too. It's a little newer, so it feels newer to use. Both can sound pretty great really.

I'd say it's very worth it if you play guitar. One thing I wish I had known is Bias FX is kinda the flagship product. Bias Amp is more for tweaking the circuit of the amp. Both are fun. Bias FX is more for tweaking your whole signal chain. I bought Amp and then FX. Kinda wish I had reversed that order. Mostly I wish it was all one thing. Somehow I ended up with all three Bias Pedal stuff for free over time. (Distortion, modulation, delay) Bias Pedal is also more for tweaking the pedal circuit. You can use your gear from Bias Amp and Bias Pedal in Bias FX ETA: I also think they sound pretty damn good. Super fun for a guitar player

My favorite is how they advertise on Facebook and say "free updates" How on earth can you ask people to pay every month and then claim 'free updates' Makes no sense at all.

Well ok, but this is the only plugin I have this problem with out of several hundred.

Just checked in Poo-Tools and it works as expected. Seems to have something to do with the minimum width of the plugin header in Studio One

Is it just me or does this thing look HORRIBLE in studio one? You can resize it but the aspect ratio is really screwy.

So is this worth the download to those who have it? I play guitar but maybe this would be ok for writing?

Yeah, I only say that because it's a hidden panel that a lot of people seem to miss at first.

I got it recently and I also think BFX 2 is well worth the upgrade.

OK gotcha. So there is no discount if you have, for example, 1 out of 3 in a set? So in my case having one filter doesn't lower the price of the set of 3 filters?

They were a little slow with the first gen drivers, I agree. They've will me back over in the last couple years though. Been a steady stream of updates.

Just curious, why do you guys think Waves never seems to update anything? Surely updated versions would attract new users as much as new products would. The only thing I've seen them update is the L1 and the Q10 for that anniversary thingy. Any thoughts?
