  1. Oh I see, I had that backwards. I guess I would say, "When you buy any of the kits, they come with the AD engine" All good!
  2. Looks like this ended? or... I'm not seeing that price.
  3. This was an unexpected, but welcome update! I'm a dark mode guy, generally, but I like the new interface. I mean, it's no Arturia Augmented series! Now that is blinding!
  4. Was thinking the same thing myself...
  5. There aren't any presets from Augmented Yangtze, or MiniBrute V, either, that I see.
  6. At this point, ToneX just sounds better. Amplitube was more of a cross between captures and algorithms, to my understanding. ToneX is more like impulse response captures. ToneX does work inside Amplitube, where you can add all the Amplitube things like, other amps (for multiple amp setups), pedals on a pedalboard and post-cabinet rack-style effects. Both allow for mixing and matching cabinets. There is an update for ToneX that will be adding more effects, but Amplitube still allows for more complicated setups overall.
  7. That new spring reverb sounds way more like what I'm after. Nice. I feel like, so far, IK has done an amazing job with ToneX, including the rollout. It definitely felt somewhat unfinished on first release, but the sounds were there. They've done a great job fine-tuning it and it's very nice these have been free updates!
  8. I was always skeptical of UAD, mostly because of prices. But man, they sure sound good.
  9. Noticed a little easter egg in the launch video:
  10. Yeah, typically they both load pretty immediately on my machine. Maybe like 5 seconds for Amplitube. So yeah, pretty significantly worse.
  11. This update has caused Amplitube to load very slowly for me.
  12. Dang, this is like a bundle of all the ones I happen to not have...
