Hi everyone, I just cloned my boot drive and everything else is working well. When I trying to update my IK Products, I get this: Also, nothing updates within the Product Manager (it just stays in "Dequeue") mode for any or all the software that needs updating. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I just had to unplug the USB on the AX I/O (on the PC) and replug & all is well.

Hi everyone, I just cloned my boot drive (ran out of room on the old SSD) and now, when I use the DAW or Netflix, the audio and video is crackling a lot....I'm using IK's AXE I/O as my audio interface (everything's updated). Mot quite sure what needs to be done to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After the GB, I registered in the Product Mgr. X-Drive & X-Vibe (software vers.), but they're not showing up in A5 standalone or VST. The other 2 X-models registered and showed up without an issue....what needs to be done for them to show up?
