Damn. Wish I could pony up, but I bit the music enchilada too hard over the last couple weeks.

Arturia FX, Instruments, Analog Lab, Pigments 50% Off
Anxiousmofo replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
I only had a couple of the free offerings, but that discount was in my account for a couple weeks until I had too many glasses of wine and bought Pigments the other night. It wasn't a hard decision at that price, and especially so because I have a Sensel Morph en route. -
Instantly purchased at that price. Thanks!

Uh oh. I am being triggered :)

That's a pretty wack sale, on the grand scale of things. ;)

Caved on the upgrade through DontCrack. Chromaphone has always been a favorite.
-
My guess is it is a plugin you can run Replacements recordings through to make them sound like pablum.
-
Bought some of these, but the installation instructions don't work. I refreshed my license, but there is no "Purchased" button in the browser (Synthmaster 2, current), as the instructions claim there should be. Hopefully support will get me sorted.

Still feeling the sting from losing out on my MSoundFactory bid in the charity auction.

Amplitube 5 is here - Release Date 15/12/20 or 16/12/20
Anxiousmofo replied to Fret Flintstone's topic in Deals
That pricing is straight up ludicrous for those of us who own most of the packs and higher tier versions of Amplitube 4 already, not to mention Axe/IO. Guess I'll play the waiting game. -
I'm tempted by this as Chromaphone is a favorite and I've owned every version, but feeling a bit underwhelmed, as is often the case with AAS updates. Anything you folks are encountering that is particularly compelling? I'm sure the sound updates are nice, but I've never been terribly concerned that Chromaphone sounded less than pro. GUI updates are nice, but not necessarily worth the upgrade price.

AXE I/O Control Panel and Firmware Updates (Not a Deal)
Anxiousmofo replied to ZincT's topic in Deals
Thanks. This doesn't show in the Product Manager, so I appreciate the heads up that it was in accounts. The changes report is funny and not very information rich. Makes me suspect this might also have incorporated some changes for the release on 10/29 that are not yet being reported on. -
Tempting, but this isn't intro pricing, so no rush to upgrade. Will wait for a sale and use my coupon then.

It didn't require any negotiation or explanation of their practices, so it appeared to have been granted as standard operating procedure.

They did it for me today and were quite nice about it.

Free - 32 patches for Newfangled Audio's Generate and/or Pendulate
Anxiousmofo replied to TheSteven's topic in Deals
Link broken here, too. Trying to avoid buying Generate, but is hard. Lots of Push 2 fun with Pendulate yesterday. -
Wasn't aware. Thanks!

Got two of the Lindell Pultecs for free. Nice. Thanks for the heads up. We'll see how redundant these are to other stuff, but can't beat the price.

I would be all over this if I didn't already have the bundle. Great deal on excellent stuff!

Sorry for not being able to timely respond. Even though the sale is over, I'll give you my two cents, in case it goes on sale again. This library is definitely worth picking it up if you can find it at the price point it was at, or lower. It has a staggering amount of control over sounds. You can use it as a straight ROMpler and play the patches, or tweak to your heart's content and blend in the formant sounds to the degree you like. The ARP section is amazing, per note, and has great arp presets, too. The FX section has 8 slots and blendable sends for mod FX. The amount of tweaking you can accomplish is awesome. At first, I was very underwhelmed by the stock sounds/presets. They seemed harsh/spikey and too pad focused. While I like pads, it wasn't doing it for me as a stock ROMpler. I immediately set out to try to make some more staccato formant synth type patches. A little tweaking and I was quite impressed. You can also make great undulating pads with the formant feature; very cool. I haven't had much chance yet to roll my own sounds, but did import a Tuvan throat singing sample I had via Simon Stockhausen, and that was a blast to tweak with the formant tool and the synth overall. I think this thing will shine when I use it with whatever sounds I want. I'm still very much a learner as far as mapping in Kontakt is concerned, however. A rocking value for 73 cents.

Just grabbed this for 73 cents after loyalty points. Look forward to checking it out this evening. The ability to use your own samples is what pushed me over the edge.

Was really hoping for an updated Absynth out of left field. Oh well. A new Guitar Rig sounds nice, but I am in no rush to upgrade before the summer sale.

Want this one, but will wait for the magic 29.

Worth every penny. I love this library.

Thanks for the heads up. Bought it immediately and have it installed. Sweet.
