Just an FYI that this new version blocks anything older than Windows 10, and read that some are having issues even with Win10. The older version however works, and yes the serial you get with this promotion does work with older version. It's really hard to find the installer for that but I found it. If you have Reason Lite 11.3, you can also install Lite 11.2 (which does have Europa). I haven't found a way to make it work as vst but you can use it inside 11.2 as DAW. There was a thread on here a while back how to do it so you have the best of both (time frame was when PB had 11.3 lite as a freebee with purchase) Edit - found the page.
