That's the same message I received. I closed and relaunched and then got the screen where everything installed should have shown, but it showed nothing. So I went to "settings" and selected "refresh" and then all was fine...

finally opened...and showed I had NOTHING installed! So, I hit "Settings" and "refresh" and then everything was fine... Be forewarned

After installation it won't open and I get an error message...

Well it would be assumed that you had one, and, if you didn't, would create one...as you did. As with just about any vendor, you have to have an account to deposit the license into...especially iLok software, as they require an iLok ID to activate.

Go to your Eventide account. Next to the product there will be a button that says "Activate", which will load the license to your iLok

APD sent me NEW serial # almost immediately (GREAT SUPPORT!!!) I register that one, and get the SAME MESSAGE!!! Ok, so I go to my account at Eventide and it shows DEPOSITED. I check my iLok and they are there. Something is DEFINITELY WRONG with the Eventide Website!!!

So, APD (very quickly) sent me a NEW serial #. I received the SAME error message. BUT, when I check my account, they are there, so I check my iLok account and they are there??? Eventide's Website is WHACK!!! Everytime I log in it tells me "Too many log in attempts", even though it's my first time trying to log in, and EVERY TIME I have to reset my password. Their Website has SEVERE issues!
