That half price deal is what pulled me off the fence. I was EXTREMELY hesitant on buying Lurssen, and was going to wait till the end of the month if I did, but getting in on this for what I did was a no brainer! That's one of the reasons I went to look for it this morning, and when I put either one in my cart, they were showing full price. . .so that put me back on the waiting list. But, when you said it was still half price, and I checked again, I didn't hesitate, if the advent that it may have been pulled own again! I really didn't want Lurssen, and would have sold it later on. I was just going to buy it to get all the things that I didn't have.

IMO...the group buys are the best way. The reason being is that the "Max" products only include everything up to "X" date. Anything after that you don't get, and have to buy, so it's really not an "everything" package like Waves Mercury, where you get anything new released, other than the Abbey Road products, and some other minor stuff.... AND the 'out of pocket" will be more, even when they are on sale, but that's just IMO.

This got me Mesa, which I had sold, both Leslies (Collection), and Amplitube 4, which I had also sold. I also get Fullton and Dime Bag and I'll have everything... and still will NOT have the "Max" Designation...for either Amplitube, T-Racks, or SampleTank....but, whatever...I'm not paying TOP DOLLAR for the word "Max"!?

I did buy MODO Bass at one point, but then sold it because of all the other basses I had to fill those spots. I'll get it again when the price is right!

Well...I bought a second copy of Fender 2 to get into the group buy, because that's half the price of Lurssen at $133 at JRR with the GROUP discount. That will get me everything I don't have In the Amplitube series, and a few others... I'll off Fender 2 later... That means the only things that I won't have are the MODO's, which I'm not even concerned about...

Mind didn't go anywhere...it was back to regular price earlier today... Something must have happened, but, it's back!

Jesse, I was ranting about IK's upgrade model...it sucks... Yes, you have to buy at least a $99 product to qualify for this group buy, but if you want the most bang for your buck...JRR is where it's at...slightly cheaper than Audio Deluxe...with code GROUP

That is, unless they bone you like they did with Total Studio Owners, who received "nothing" at the launch of the TS Max products, other than the crossgrade from any $99 product! So, even if you own EVERYTHING, that you've purchased individually, you get the SAME price as the guy who only bought ONE $99 product??? THIS is already, IMO, a HUGE problem, and on my list or IK "Stupid Business Practices"! Regardless of HOW MANY PRODUCTS that you own, you get no consideration for THAT, other than the SAME consideration as the person who has only bought ONE $99 product... NOT GOOD! I own ALL of the T-Racks except Leslie, and ALL of the SampleTank, except for some of the Syntronk Modules, and just about ALL of the Amplitube products, and was an owner of the ORIGINAL "Total Studio" product! So, even though I've invested a butt ton of money, I get the SAME price as the guy who only bought ONE $99 product??? Great model IK....great model! Apparently it's "too complicated" to institute a "graduated" upgrade model, like Waves and other companies do. So, as you said, holding out for a "Total Studio Sale" might be more beneficial, OR, it may NEVER come... End of rant!!!
