Actually it's the opposite. If they write the Library to be able to be used in the FREE Player, then they have to pay MORE to Native Instruments, therefore not many will pay that extra for Player Compatibility! And, since most Pro's are using the Full Version of Kontakt, it's cheaper for the developer all the way around!
