    It's all very shambolic on iZotope's part; like they weren't properly geared up for launch but were in a hurry to do so before we spent our money on imminent BF deals ??‍♂️ Oh well, here goes another email to iZotope support.

    Feel for you guys who paid more yesterday (been there, done that before). ?

    My iLok Licenses where in the email I got from JRR.  There were 3 Serial #'s
    Nimbus, R4, and MPS3.  Then using the MPS3 serial # you got to Izotope and
    redeem the Serial #, which gives you Melodyne and the Groove 3 Pass...but the
    Groove 3 passes aren't showing up...

    What is a Sub-kick?

    A sub-kick mic is a particular microphone used primarily for recording kick drums. It’s often a speaker converted into a microphone. Thanks to its diameter, a sub-kick mic captures a lot of low end, and it’s a perfect fit along with your regular kick mic for boosting the low frequencies. Just instantiate SK10 on your kick track, dial in the amount, apply the low pass filter if you want to and blend in with the original track.

    You're supposed to go here and hit the "Redeem" button, and put the MPS3 Serial #

    In, and it generates the codes for Melodyne and the Pass, but it only gave me the 
    Melodyne Serial #, but not the pass

    have sent you 2 vouchers that have to be used individually...

    One voucher per month per account 

    That's what their Terms & Conditions say.

    Only Vouchers you can "stack" are "special" vouchers
    and monthly vouchers...

    I feel bad I sent a somewhat aggravated email support ticket last night!!

    I think that since this is an "update" for 2.1, and you should have received Melodyne with 2.1,
    that that is why they aren't including a Melodyne serial # with this update...but ICBW

    Mastering Engineers TECHNICALLY don't do "the mix", they have to deal with exactly what they are sent...
    as opposed to those of us who do both...so don't confuse the two.  Also, certain things "happen" during the
    Mastering phase that you have two choices...go back and fix it in the mix, or fix it in the Mastering right now,
    which, being usually time constrained (time is money) it's better to do it NOW if you can and move forward.
    (I'm speaking from a business perspective, of course)
