If it's the VST 3 version then you have to go to the drop down and select "Load Preset" This happens with certain VST 3 Versions for some reason.

If you did not purchase at Izotope, or if you actually paid $0, then that is what will show up. The only time the amount paid shows up is if you purchase directly from Izotope
