  1. At least yours is 64bit ;).
  2. Time to give up my perpetual license for 10.x? :).
  3. Lovely looking guitar. Gotta love the way sweetwater showcases their guitars for sale. I just wouldn't ever buy a guitar without trying it again. Both my Gibsons I bought were just not my guitar, a songwriter deluxe acoustic and a SG. Great condition, perfectly setup, but ultimately I prefer to play before I pay :).
  4. Thanks Simon, with the way this all installs I think I'll wait until I actually install on the new PC... yikes...
  5. Carbon does sound and look amazing. I am constantly surprised by some of these offers.
  6. I have to say as someone who has Collectors edition of 12, I am underwhelmed. And because I have invested for the first time in East West Cloud X, I think I'll be skipping this upgrade, at the very least for now :).
  7. Oh ooooooooooooooooooooohh
  8. That right there is a very small insight into the inner workings of the beastie eventide rack units. It’s why my dsp4000b+ ended up getting sold. The power is amazing and daunting if you want to really dig in though, just wow.
  9. Don't do that to me simon!!!!! I will resist... I have already spent today...................
  10. I have it, I haven’t had time to deep dive it, but it’s a great piece of kit. It might bog a low spec DAW machine down though.
  11. My apologies, it was never meant (even though in hind sight it does) to look like a crapping on it. It's good for someone with much less choice :). I edited the ***** out :)... sorry again. I was having a finger before brain moment... clearly..
  12. Roland Fantom X8, Yamaha Montage 7, Roland VR760, Yamaha TX81z, Roland JV1080. Full ultimate collection of native instruments with massive etc. Full Arturia 7 collection, East West collection. And many more, Iris 2 simply under the pile in comparison as I have built up over time. Wasn’t looking to brag btw. It was a blanket fact, for me
  13. Yeah at a cheap price Iris 2 is OK.
  14. I’m still impressed with Nimbus personally. The auto ducking and really smooth operating and quality are A+.
  15. My AMD prejudice due to actual real life experience numerous times dating back to the early 90s is real. The fact is AMD is a true performer, good value. It's also true it can be a real PITA!!! not 100% code compatible at assembly level. YMMV. On a side bar, there is a reason HPE and the like use Intel, AMD tends to be used with Linux in Amazon and Google platform mega setups. Tony
  16. I have the 10940x 14 cores, it's a BEAST :).
  17. I may demo it Mesh, but for now, even my price of £50 (darn vat) is a bit rich after my recent spending. I was really just thanking Larry for a nice option.
  18. Very nice, cheers Larry!.
  19. I'll be interested to see how it works, and at £4.48 for me, worth the gamble. I have used WA stuff before, it's usually fairly solid. I did hear an artefact on one of their examples though, we'll see.
  20. As much as I think that's a great deal... JRR still haven't fixed their problems... I still get no list of anything I bought off them... just a broken db read out page. Sad, but, there you have it. There has been an error processing your request SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'jrrshop_mage_LS.orders' doesn't exist, query was: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `orders` AS `main_table` WHERE (`customers_id` = '61854') AND (`orders_status` IN(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9)) Trace: #0 /vhosts/com_jrrshop/httpdocs/lib/Varien/Db/Statement/Pdo/Mysql.php(110): Zend_Db_Statement_Pdo->_execute(Array) #1 /vhosts/com_jrrshop/httpdocs/app/code/core/Zend/Db/Statement.php(291): Varien_Db_Statement_Pdo_Mysql->_execute(Array) #2 /vhosts/com_jrrshop/httpdocs/lib/Zend/Db/Adapter/Abstract.php(480): Zend_Db_Statement->execute(Array) #3 /vhosts/com_jrrshop/httpdocs/lib/Zend/Db/Adapter/Pdo/Abstract.php(238): Zend_Db_Adapter_Abstract->query('SELECT COUNT(*)...', Array) And so on... Sad Tony
  21. That is a very good deal. Although I use other stuff, this along with Neutron Advanced and Ozone Advanced make up the backbone of all my tracking and mastering needs.
  22. Score indeed!. Thanks.
  23. I have been given similar assurances yesterday by them. I'll check later today after the US wakes up :).
