@paulo I think Jordan can afford more sophisticated setups than my meagre budget. Particularly back then !. I was the only keyboard player around Sydney with this type of stand.

I was reminiscing today. Back in 1988 or 89 my brother in law who’s a handyman at all sorts welded this together for me. Note my Alesis Quadraverb and Yamaha TX81z mounted as well. Keyboards are a Roland Jupiter 6 and a Roland D20. I think there’s a delay pedal on the Jupiter 6, I did use one though at one point.

I used to have the full slate bundle, it's good, but the truth is, I was paying to use duplicates of a lot of what I already have from waves and other bits and pieces (IMO). I would recommend it highly to someone starting out though.

I'm still using Mackie HR824s (bought them matched pair in 2002) after briefly owning some Event Opals in 2014. Those S3As are a steal for someone local! Very nice.

I have a full set of 909 on my Roland TD-17KVX drum set. Lots of fun, if anyone has never (yeah right) heard a 909 kit, it's a fun old school set to mess with.

This along with East West Orchestra stuff will sound incredible. I am still locked out of my cellar for a couple of weeks... I am dying to get setup properly down there and get back to composing and recording. The great thing is, even if you can actually play piano, the tools in this take things to a whole new level. I can't read music, I just play, so it takes some headaches off me.

I got the extension free for already having the UAD2 version. Key has arrived in my iLok account over night. I admit I personally fail to hear some of the so called benefits of some of the sonic improvements these claim, (more subtle tweaks) even on really good headphones. I think I need a major difference before I feel it, old ears I guess. LUNA is maturing quite rapidly but as someone on the live YouTube event yesterday pointed out, other stuff and fixes seem to be on the back burner.

That has some very very nice brush sounds... hmmm... I must resist...

I saw this coming, now if they make it with motorized faders it's all on baby LOL. Oh well, it'll make all the DJs happy I am sure.

Every Eventide plugin is a snap shot of parts of the DSP rack units. The quality is amazing and the cheap chance to grab them is great opportunity. IMHO whatever that’s worth, fine native plugins.

At least yours is 64bit ;).

Lovely looking guitar. Gotta love the way sweetwater showcases their guitars for sale. I just wouldn't ever buy a guitar without trying it again. Both my Gibsons I bought were just not my guitar, a songwriter deluxe acoustic and a SG. Great condition, perfectly setup, but ultimately I prefer to play before I pay :).

Carbon does sound and look amazing. I am constantly surprised by some of these offers.

I have to say as someone who has Collectors edition of 12, I am underwhelmed. And because I have invested for the first time in East West Cloud X, I think I'll be skipping this upgrade, at the very least for now :).
