Its heavy on the CPU. But it does sound good to me.

I keep playing with it here and there and do get some good results from Syntronic. But I resist as I have too many synths and also these GB means you will get all these synths but it will not count towards any sort of discount towards a Max studio. Thats at least how I understand the IKM busness model.

So for those who are modular fans .. which one you think is the better product. AAS or Cherry Audio?

FWIW.. surprisingly good collection. I use a lot of clean guitar sounds and I originally got the Fender 2 first. Never looked much at the Fender 1 as I saw online that its old and out of date and not up to par with modern guitar sims. All bullshit. I got it last year with AT 5 in the GB. And it sounds great. It's all about what sort of sound you are looking for and how often you use it. It contains some of my most used sims. My most used are the Champ and the Junior. There is something special sound wise you can get if you stick ribbon mic's on them and place them in really large spaces and throw some modulation effects on them.

Softube make good stuff. I have yet to get this. Waiting to see whats in next volume collection. but do do like to play the sale price game a lot. :0)

yeah. its the same thing as in previous GBs. my guess is, they have a very high volume web site and multiple servers and backends and caching, so each time you hit the site, it flips you over to a different backend. you are seeing counters from different server backends that are slightly off. the smallest number is the most up to date.
