I got this working by getting serial from NI website. Once you login to NI website. Click on the silhouette ?, and then my products and serials. Then scroll down to installed products and find the serial for Ark 1 and then Ark 2. For me I bought bundle for Ark 3 and 4 so I used same serial in Sine tool to register each. For me there was a delay after selecting Ark version in registration menu in sine tool. Once it has a check mark next to name then enter the serial. Seems it needs to talk to server first. Once you wait a few seconds and you see check mark it will work. Prior to that it looks like it’s not accepting the serial as button to register appears greyed out.

Ya I’m not a huge fan of Sine. Maybe I don’t understand it or have used it enough. Like Mathew I continue to use the kontakt versions instead.
