    Shadow Aspect

Hi Everyone We have just released the seventh track off our new album Regeneration. The track is called Shadow Aspect This track is a bit dark, but I had great fun doing the video!! Hope you enjoy it. ULTIMOTION

This sounds very nicely composed and put together to me - as you say a little smashed perhaps? But otherwise, i really like this - obviously those Firework people have no taste? Nigel
  3. Got a bit of a Credence feel to it, what's a good thing in my book! Cool track and nice playing Nigel

    Mars

With some cool vocals I think this will be a stellar track Really good so far Great Stuff Nigel
  5. John Good track, enjoyed it. I think i do agree with Jesse re the Bass - just a little too prominent in places perhaps Otherwise, good mix Nigel

    Warp 8

More Wookie warping - and another great track Cool indeed Nigel
  7. Great track Barry, loved it. had my feet tapping! I'm so glad you've recovered from the surgery - must have been a worry. Cool Stuff Nigel
  8. I have been trying out various "smart" Eq's of late. I have tried Smooth Operator, Gulfoss and Sonible Smart EQ3. I have to be honest in that I couldn't seem to get on with any of them - of the 3, definitely Smooth Operator was the worse in my very humble opinion. The EQ I did like was the free sonible one (entropy) I saw when downloading the Smart EQ - that's gone into my daily arsenal!! I am sure this is down to me not really understanding what these are trying to do (and probably being too impatient to persevere with them) and therefore I end up preferring the "sound" i get manually. Perhaps if I didn't / couldn't get that sound I wanted, I would find these very useful. Nigel
  9. hi Bjorn Thanks so much for the very kind comments - really appreciate it Thanks Nigel
  10. Hi Lynn Wow thanks for that, really always appreciate your comments Thanks again Nigel
  11. Nigel As Wookie said - I did listen to them but they both sounded much the same I thought - very difficult to hear when an MP3 has been maxed to the loudest setting Nigel
  12. keith I like this and I like your vocals - i think it sounds cool just as it is Nigel
  13. Hi Kevin - thanks so much for that - appreciated Cheers Nigel
  14. No crossgrade pricing and no 30 points - i think i purchased this in about 2012 - I won't be bothering with this just yet!! Nigel
  15. HI Paul Thanks for that - it's not my vocals, it's our old singer Dave - he had a very interesting vocal style and I loved working with him Thanks again for taking the time to listen and comment - always appreciated Nigel
  16. Cheers Wookie, really pleased you enjoyed it Always appreciate you taking the time to listen and comment Thanks again Nigel
  17. Hi David thanks for that - actually it's not me singing, it's our old vocalist Dave - I really liked working with him as I thought he had such a great voice -sounded like George Michael to me sometimes! Thanks for listening and taking the time to comment, really appreciated Nigel
  18. that's some seriously experimental bass in there my friend. i think the bass could do with a bit of heavy compression to stop it jumping out of the mix, otherwise all cool Nigel
  19. I enjoyed this - cool track and as already said, great guitar Thanks for posting Nigel
  20. Hi Bat I went to listen but got the message the track couldn't be found? Cheers Nigel
  21. Hi Doug - like the track, sounds good but re Jacks comments about the Bass, what bass are you using? I don't think it needs turning up, I think it's just a bit muddy, if that describes it! otherwise all good Nigel

    Champoeg

Bjorn - i have a problem - the bulbs gone in my Lava Lamp? Seriously I really like this - sounds great And out of interest, I still have my Micro Q - don't use it enough Think this has encouraged me to give it a bit of a work out!! Cool Nigel
  23. Marcello The mix seems to be a wav file while the mastered version is MP3 - if so you can't really compare them in my opinion. The mix version sounds OK to me The mastered version sounds very brittle to me - very top end - but as I think I said before, I wouldn't use LANDR anyway! Hope that helps Nigel
  24. I have the original version of IK Tron and I have MTron - MTron is far superior nigel
  25. Hi Makke Thanks for that - really pleased you enjoyed it Cheers Nigel
