  1. Well, GitHub is a platform for distributing source code, not ready-to-use applications, so the binaries are a secondary resource in a way. If a project has binary releases available, that's just by courtesy of the developers. In any case, on GitHub the binaries are always made available on the Releases page, so that's where you'll find them if there are any. I'm not a software developer, so take this with a grain of salt, but I believe that compiling binaries for different platforms may not always be that easy. It may require specific tools and knowledge about the platform, and in the case of Mac you may even need the actual computer, so for a smaller project it may simply a matter of resources. That's why some projects rely on third parties to provide Windows and Mac binaries. But yeah, I hate hunting for binaries, too.
  2. My understanding is that a dealer is someone who gets their product straight from the manufacturer, whereas a reseller is basically anyone (besides the manufacturer) who sells the product. Since Audio Plugin Deals most likely get their keys from IK and not from some unauthorized sources, I'd say they qualify as dealer. Some dude on KVR on the other hand, probably not. But what do I know.
  3. Understandable, my post had not other context except the quoted text. I have now edited my post to make it more clear which program I'm talking about.
  4. Are we still talking about Foobar2000? Because I don't think it has ever had a "classic" skin/layout, since it's all about customizing the UX.
  5. The layout in Foobar2000 is very customizable, so you can change it to suit your taste.
  6. Got it. I had to go to the My Products page for the popup to appear. Edit: I can also see it in Custom Shop as "owned".
  7. Regular price is $249. No idea when this offer expires. Intro sale lasts until 22nd of August. https://www.audioimperia.com/products/constrictor
  8. Wow, this almost seems like a pricing error...
  9. I did some last minute shopping. I had somehow received 550 orange slices, so I managed to get the Slide Bundle, Angelic Harp and Mesa Winds for $59.40. I was really, really tempted to pick up one the electric guitars for ~$35, but as good as they may be I think the few I have from Ample Sound are enough. I'll rather invest in a real guitar.
  10. This is a bit late, since the offer expires on the 29th, but Larry is MIA and I'm in the middle of the woods, so it is what it is. https://www.orchestraltools.com/store/collections/andea/instruments I really like the sound of this instrument. In the walkthrough video below the Ronroco part starts around one minute.

  11. Or they are updating it and temporarily removed it from their catalogue. They did have a "product hiatus sale" a while back "for the libraries made for the full version of Kontakt as most of those libraries will be updated or will come back in different forms toward the end of the year". I can't remember if Hangar 4 was in that sale.
  12. This is a great price for Nucles Lite. I don't think it has ever been this cheap before.
  13. Well, it would've been the lowest price so far. And this is the deals forum, so the lowest price wins. I'm not actually sure, because I never tried to use the coupon with just those plugins in my cart.
  14. Thanks, Fleer. I picked up Neold Warble, though iZotope Neoverb for $25 was calling my name, too.
  15. Agreed. The site has over 14 000 articles warning about different websites, and each article seems to have the same content. So I'd say bealertonline.com is the scam site.
  16. I just make payments with PayPal, so my needs are simple, but... That is how I have it set up (though my primary card is a debit card, to be precise). I have also chosen not to use PayPal's currency conversion, because the exchange rate PayPal uses is worse than the one my bank uses. If you have multiple credit cards you can use them with a single PayPal account, if you want/need to use different cards for different purchases.
  17. Here's the FAQ for Flourish series: https://help.audioimperia.com/docs/flourish/faq/faq/ And here's walkthrough video:
  18. Feels like creating artificial scarcity, to me.
  19. Why do you need to use different PayPal accounts for different currencies, if I may ask?
  20. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll check them out.
  21. Is there something unique/different (= not something I can get with any other synth) for sale that doesn't require Omnisphere? I have the Discover Station, UniLofi and Cloud City.
  22. I'm tempted, but 38 euros + 24% vat = 47 euros. Then again, this price is probably as good as it gets.
  23. I think I'll get AMEK 9099, bx_masterdesk, MC77 and HG-2MS. With a $50 voucher the total is $51.96, or $12.99/plugin, which is ok. I'm still on the fence about getting NEOLD V76U73, UA Tails and bx_refinement. With a $25 voucher those would make $50.97, or $16.99/plugin, though I'm picking the bx_refinement just so I can use the voucher, so it's more like $25.50/plugin, which is somewhat less ok. Any thoughts: should I pick V76U73 over HG-2MS?
  24. Too bad they don't allow us to stack the loyalty vouchers.
