  1. Not working. What time does "each day" begin for Relab? 100 discounts a day is very little.
  2. I just bought DV Brit 84 (Neve 1084 emulation) from Three Body Tech (Makers of Kirchoff EQ). Their Deep Vintage series is based on ML captures of real gear, just like Tone Empire and Acustica Audio, but it does so at a WAY lower CPU cost, and I would argue more convincingly too. It sounds phenomenal. They have some audio demos of the plugins compared to their hardware counterparts on their site. It's not 100% there yet, but it's better than almost anything else. They're having a sale right now: https://www.threebodytech.com/en/products/deepvintage
  3. Sounds great! CPU is pretty high though, so freezing might be necessary.
  4. Don't sleep on this, guys. I wrote in KVR: This thing is seriously impressive and flies under radar, so I thought it deserved its own thread. it's basically a clone of the Fabfilter compressor. Sounds great and uses very little CPU, even in 8x oversampling. About ZL Compressor is a dynamic range compressor with the following key features: Intuitive GUI feedback: Real-time Peak & RMS display; Hardware-accelerated rendering. Optimized CPU usage: Efficient lookahead & up to 8x over-sampling. Versatile Compressor Settings: Four compression styles & Extensive compression parameters; Post compression clipper. Advanced Side-chain Control: 8-band parametric equalizer; Stereo mode & link control. Top Panel
  5. I don't have a paid license, but I used the extended demo they offered at some point. I'm happy with the new Affinity myself, it's running smoothly in my humble machine. I just went there to see what people thought. Not a lot of positive vibes, but hey, it's Reddit.
  6. People are NOT talking this well on the subreddit. Everybody just assumes that the "free forever" statement (mentioned four times in the release video, btw) is just temporary. We've all been burned too many times to trust any company now.
  7. Agree with your assessment. TB eq's have weird phase response in the high frequencies. It looks like it has a very steep low pass filter at nyquist or something. Kirchoof sounds better, but GUI is kind of meh. Can't have it all, it seems.
  8. Yeah, I get the same impression with REAPER devs, who don't use MIDI themselves... (Justin just records audio).
  9. these are for their player plugin, which is separate from the "main" BFD 3 plugin.
  10. Had some back and forth with the dev. He got very offended because I said lack of presets makes it useless. I apologized and explained why they matter and he seemed open to the idea afterwards. He doesn't seem to be very experienced in production in general.
  11. What a major f*ck up... I emailed the dev too.
  12. Sound is excellent: https://www.vitling.xyz/crypt/
  13. From VSL: There is an update now available fixing a potential crash when changing parameters using mouse wheel. Simply use the link provided by Focusrite again, you will get the latest download.
  14. It's also stereo only. Full version does 5.1.
