Good question. Only have Polyscape ‘the original’ myself. Also the Abstract Mallets, Abyss, Vapor Keys, Wavesynth, Analog Tales, Continuo and Continuo Guitars. Particularly fond of the latter

Falcon unified is particularly interesting as Falcon is not multi-core compatible, but Unify is.

Sorry to say, PC,, but IMO they are. Although I particularly appreciate the Advanced tab, allowing for ADSR tweaking (especially the attack portion of string samples).
