The only thing I do when I see convoluted licensing schemes is... RUN! Not so good for Producer Planet.

Noiiz is different. I got their Unlimited plan for $69 (after discounts) good for a year. I downloaded all their products, 686 sample libraries (270 GB).

Only Noiiz is worth it. All the others have some ridiculous monthly limits: Splice $8/month - 100 downloads Sounds $29.99/month - 1000 downloads Loopcloud Pro 21.99/month - 600 downloads. Not sure why pay a subscription to get the same free loops that you can download directly from the product page with no limitations. WTF... And downloads = 1 wav file (not a complete product pack).

It seems like you have the need to prove a point... when are you going to feel better? Shouldn't you be playing with your new stuff you just downloaded? ?

For me personally, I really don't care. I already have too much stuff that I haven't even looked at. Was just trying to make sense of their business reasoning.

That would make sense if the library costs more than $200. They're just wasting money paying for the player license. If they're worried about piracy, anybody with a cracked version of Kontakt can run any library. Look at 8Dio... they're doing just fine. Hopefully we'll see more vendors creating libraries for HAlion Sonic SE as it doesn't require a license.

So you must be the one who got it. This only infuriates people that misses by just a few minutes. If you offer something for free, then offer it for a while. This is the only vendor I know that puts a quantity limit on a virtual product.

They need to raise up that number or have it run for at least 1 hour. I mean c'mon... it's virtual.

Last year they were more generous during the Christmas sale. I also got Requiem Pro for $98 and Liberis Angelic Choir for FREE.

It's nice, but I've heard better. I find it overpriced.

Actually, Lacrimosa was $98 during the Christmas sale. I got it on Dec. 18. They have a couple of sales every month. Just subscribe to their newsletter.

You might want to wait until Insolidus goes for $98. I usually don't buy anything from 8Dio during Black Friday/Christmas. Their sales are much better throughout the year. I got Lacrimosa for $98 and haven't even played with it.
