I agree that Melda's text documentation isn't an easy read, but there are a lot of of detailed video tutorials on Melda's website: https://www.meldaproduction.com/tutorials
Melda's line of thought doesn't seem too unreasonable since the disk space the 32-bit plugins inhabit is extremely small, 4MB for 41 vst's in my folder.
It was on sale during their 'Rocktober' sale. I also have the Eventide and a few other flangers, but the ADA Flanger has an its own particular and very analogish sounding flavour. I'm sure it'll be on sale once again, if you're into flangers It's worth a trial.
PA isn't charging $300 for a software flanger. The ADA Flanger costs $149 which is in line with what UAD is charging for the same flanger emulation, and not unlike the full retail price of the Eventide flanger.
I think they don't want to cross UAD and also the "Illusion of value" principle Larry mentioned. It's a great sounding flanger and worth the $29.99 sale price even without a voucher imo.
The recently updated version of Omnipressor has been improved by adding continuous input and output level controls instead of just input & output pads. The new mix control for parallel compression is another useful addition.
Each qualifying item counts, there are no limits.
From the IK multimedia Group Buy FAQ:
CAN I BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT TO JOIN THE GROUP BUY MULTIPLE TIMES?
Yes, you’ll receive another set of free products for every qualifying item you purchase register during the promotion.
To little spend according to their immaculate calculations. Now it's all the way anti-GAS Resistance for me. Made an exception for the IK group buy tho
The only benefit of the T-Racks Leslie is the addition of a spring reverb (a rare one if I recall correctly). I don't know why it's missing from the Amplitube version.
