  1. Demos say yes, I guess is would be a 25 dollar risk if you use that voucher.
  2. I just use services.msc. I never looked at the resources they use either, I guess process lasso is another option. You must not have UAD installed. It starts up in Windows.
  3. Yet some seem to ignore that with Toontrack products. They made a great player but when you start buying those expansions it get pricey and takes up space. As for AAS they are about physical modeling. It's just developers trying to survive in an over saturated market. How many game changing EQ's and compressors can their be? Ever notice every new synth is the thing? We are addicted to shiny and new. Lucky there are people addicted to this.
  4. torn between these Moving soundscapes and drones Pads Swells I thought I would check the new stuff.
  5. I got that one which I regret not because of the quality but I have a zillion synths with pads and I never really use AAS stuff. I should've gotten the guitar one. Pads are a dime a dozen.
  6. I do think you can create your own libraries
  7. https://www.orchestraltools.com/low-end-orchestra
  8. The last one they did had no time limit. Was hoping for their Fantasy orchestra but maybe APD will have it again.
  9. That old orchestra is buff.
  10. Do I need another rompler?" Next is to figure out which drive to store the data. Do I give up SSD space or run it off a HDD?
  11. I know are giddy when there is an Arturia update but it seems it's better to wait a day or two. I had to uninstall and install again on 2 machines.
  12. they all work for me as long as there's presets and I don't have time of knowledge to make my own
  13. I think of those as new. They a redesigned and use a lot less disk space. Some users ave claimed they gained 70gb of space.
  14. Problem with the installer. Exe. shows 7, Plugin does work in Reaper. Analog Lab is broken too. Uninstall and download again is the fix.
  15. If you update now expect dial up speeds
  16. My portable 2TB nvme drives transferring EW HO to another were writing 32mb a second on a power USB 3 hub. That's HDD speed. At least they don't load that slow. I don't care now, That project is done. At last with spinning drives they let you know if they are approaching death,
  17. I learned that if you want to reduce the size of this delete the sample folders that are not for close or main mic. You basically keep the first 2 folders of each instrument. You can also just download what you would use in Opus. Also if you email their support you can get an extra license.
  18. People who know English make the same mistake. They are usually younger people. I have an address that ends with a 5 but somehow those Prime people confuse a 5 with a 3 and it's not Roman numerals. I don't do Prime so when something comes I know it isn't for 3. This error happens 3 times a year. Cool thing is Sweetwater has a warehouse very close to me. Everything is next day for me and I don't have to pay for shipping. Back in the day of shrinkwrap if you ordered from EW they charged you for overnight shipping. If you are not home it would get shipped back to them.
  19. that's most of my plugins - the issue is quantity and not quality
  20. I still want to do a budget AMD build with one of those 65 watt processors. As for this AI mess I only have two words and the first one starts with F. It just needs the middle finger.
  21. The greatest monopoly is college tuition. Do you ever see a sale or 10% off?
  22. Transferring sample libraries with samples that have long files names goes quite slow. External drives are no match for internal drives but a lot easier to install.
  23. I've never heard anything positive about Muze.
  24. If you have v23, all updates for that version are free misleading If you buy an Image-Line product all updates, upgrades are free - FL Studio enough of the free update nonsense - it's rare for a paid update. Even Steinberg ditched that.
