I think the problem occurs when I stop the recording without finishing the recording. It works like 10-15 times and after that I do the same thing and boom crash happens.

Instead of using my mouse to stop recording, I press spacebar to stop the record take that I took. But it keep crashing and I cant tell a crashing pattern its just random. I stopped every record that I took with my space bar for 3 years and Im having this problem for a long time now and I didnt really care for an almost year but now I cant stand this anymore.
