I would like to use a speaker connected with minijack as an audio source.
So, with just a USB cable it's not possible for Cakewalk to detect it as input right? You need an audio cable like XLR right?
If so, I was reading on the Roland website (https://support.roland.com/hc/en-us/articles/19967079596699-FP-30-How-do-I-connect-the-FP-30-with-a-cable-to-an-instrument-or-sound-module-that-has-only-5-pin-MIDI-DIN-connectors) that a MIDI host box is needed?
Sorry but I am ignorant in this area and am trying to figure it out.
Anyway, I don't have an audio interface other than the one built into the pc which is supposed to be NVIDIA.
