Crazy, I also have El Clapo and 18 other BDL plugs. Time for an email, tho $10 is hard to complain about, but at 65, it matters! ☺️

FWIW - I couldn't even find the Starter pack after running the installer twice. I finally found them and copied them over to the drive with my other soundbanks but it still didn't show! I finally went into the workstation preferences and added the (now) default folder, shut down, and reopened the workstation. Voila, they were there and played. Hope that helps. They were located at "C:\Program Files\UVISoundBanks\UVI Starter.ufs" EDIT: once they showed up, I was able to delete them from the default folder. Strange.

Rather than add to my post above, I was wrong about not having to REdownload everything. I was miffed and put in a support ticket. It took a couple of days but they did reply (below). Unfortunately, I went ahead and ran the downloads again (stupid that that is the only option!). Here is their reply. Maybe it will help others. "May I kindly ask you to download the BFD License Manager instead and have BFD3 authorized there? Here are downloads: Windows / MAC Additionally, here is an article that you might find useful as well: BFD 3 | How to Install & Authorize BFD 3 Software : BFD Drums.

FWIW, the process was smooth, quick, and quite painless here. In the InMusic app, I simply activated each of the kit licenses I own, then installed BFD3 - the information says it is huge but it actually downloaded super fast. Once downloaded & installed, I opened the program, went to preferences, added my content location, it scanned, and was immediately available to play. However, this seemed a bit odd and something I hadn't seen before: EDIT: see my post below.

I know they are different animals but I use Addictive Keys most because I do play. Because of this, I've not yet upgraded to EXKeys 2. Is the improvement worth the $99 upgrade?

I was expecting 20% off with the code per the description but was surprised that it took it down to $20 in the cart. I was logged in but maybe it was a glitch and has been changed?

UPDATE: had an email from support this morning stating: "We appreciate your purchase! By purchasing your bundle during the Bundles Flash Sale, you've actually saved more overall than had you waited until the Neutron 5 launch. Follow this link to access the 50% upgrade discount to get the newest version of your bundle with Neutron 5." The link took me to iZotope cart where it showed MPS 7 upgrade at $99.50 (which is better than the $419 in my account, lol). However, MS Edge found a coupon code [FRET10] that knocked off another $9.95 bringing the total to $89.55. With the $58.51 I spent on 6.5, that brings the total upgrade from 6 -> 7 to $148.06. This basically gives me the upgrade to RX11 and the new Neutron 5. Looking back to September of '23, I purchased MPS 5 -> 6 upgrade for $41.16 from JRR.

Yep, agree. I've contacted support (as it was less than 2 weeks ago) and will report back.
-
Hmm, a part of MPS 7 and I just upgraded to 6.5?

...and the root cause is the route spammers take to be blocked! 🤣

Interesting, and may be - gave me a fright as I didn't see that caveat. But, evidently not "new ... users only" or a glitch. I was even logged in when I redeemed the code and it worked like a charm.
