This is not a situation i've experienced but i would think that "save as" would save only the things that is in the tracks at the moment of saving. Thus clean the project from deleted plugins.

i think save as only leaves out the audio wavs? @Leander it might be worth sending the bad project file to support@cakewalk.com

I still have X1 installed. I also have CBB installed. CBB only shows the DX version of Sonitus though. It's been so long since I used Sonitus I can't remember if there ever was a VST version.

the included version is dx, altho they did at some point in the past offer the suite for sale independent of sonar but the vst version was only 32bit otherwise i would've picked it up if there was vst64

Really? Seems unlikely that Noel was wrong or that he or anyone else would have found it necessary to squelch your evidence to the contrary without explanation.

ikwr? the codejock lib is still installed with the latest Sonar version, i said as much with the info Cakewalk_Sonar_Membership_Setup_30.08.0.019(Rebuild_1) still installs codejock library (CJLibrary.dll) version 19.1.0.0, that i was assuming it was for backwards compatibility, and then the post disappeared... 🤷‍♀️

We stopped using that 20 years ago.

oh, i see that you deleted my reply showing that indeed you do still use the codejock library... i was wondering if that could be an underlying cause of some of the gui issues people are currently seeing?
