Yup. My only regret at not buying X2 as it was removed again when X3 was released.

Must actually be a boxed product - can't get it here because they "don't ship" to this location.

I'm still too much in shock at the seedy revelations of this "confessions of bass player" tale to even think about food..
-
That might explain this bit.....

Then again, they recently kicked their most loyal upgraders in the teeth with their latest synth offering, so it doesn't always pay to be a good customer.

I'm having trouble even imagining what that must taste like.

Probably not something you should draw too much attention to. #baputoo

How do get the last version of Cakewalk for Windows 7?
paulo replied to David Owen's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
Yup. Still on 2020.09 here anyway, so aside from one bug fix that I have given up asking for now, not really a big deal for me if it stops working on 7 at any point. -

I have most of them and they all work in version 5, so no need to upgrade form 5 to 6 for that reason. (At least so far) -
If the ST4 UI is an example of improvement then I hope XLN never improve AD2.

You forgot the leopardskin print budgie smugglers. You won't get into Bapu's secret cave without them.

On the one hand we have a guy who is bored of making music on his own..... On the other hand we have a guy who is uninspired with making music on his own....... -
I remember thinking when that video came out what a swear word* arrogant swear word* that guy was. I guess it had the effect that was intended though because almost everyone was talking about it. IIRC I ended up buying the album. ? * pick your own

Good value at that price, especially so for those who don't already have multiple other options.

I've never taken to IK as a company or their products for some reason. I bought Sampletank and Miroslav way back when and I've grabbed whatever freebies they've offered over the years to see what they were like, but beyond initial new toy curiosity I've never actually used any of them. Part of that might actually be because they were free, so the obligation to get some use out of them is not there, but either way they just don't grab me in the way other products do.

Amanda Peet on Keyboard and The State of Education in Ameirca

I thought that they were mostly just masters of pomposity and delay effects. It's amazing the things you can learn from this forum.... ? -
I didn't see your edited reply until just now. The confusion for me is that it's somehow "more convenient." I don't see it that way.

Cat peed on Keyboard and the State of Education in America
paulo replied to 57Gregy's topic in The Coffee House
A while back a friend was sent a new TV as a gift from a relative in USA. The relative bought the TV online from a UK store for delivery and sent said friend the order/invoice in case of any future problems. As luck would have it she happened to be looking out the window when the delivery truck arrived (she lives at the end of a dead end road, so all vehicles not in private driveways have to turn around basically right outside her house (No.7) . She went out to greet him as he lifted the tv out of the truck, but he proceeded to a neighbours house (No.11) with the box. The neighbour was out front anyway and told the driver that there must be some mistake as he hadn't ordered a TV. At this point she caught up and said it was for actually for her. The driver (who was not a 3rd party courier but a direct employee of the retailer) wouldn't give it to her because it said 11 on the box label and not 7. Fair enough ? Maybe so far..... So she showed him the copy of the receipt and also the the email that she had received from his company that morning informing her of it's imminent delivery. The driver was unmoved. She knows the neighbour well enough, so with all three of them standing there, she said, ok then deliver it to him, but he wouldn't do that as the guy had already said it wasn't for him. The driver took the TV away and left saying that she would have to call the retailer and sort it out. She tried this and was told even though the invoice had all the correct details and it was just the box that was somehow mislabelled that the only solution was to cancel that whole order and raise a new one......except they wouldn't allow her to do that because it was paid for by someone that was not her. So she had to call the relative in USA and ask her to cancel the order and then order it again because the was "nothing" they could do this end even though the mistake was clearly theirs. Apparently it's called progress.? -
