Sweet! Good job Wookiee!
-
I like it. Nice character. What ever I put it on I get good results. I usually put it on clean guitars. I held off on the 354E for a while. But ended up getting it too. Same character as the 254E. Really nice comps. I was looking at the Vitalizer also and didn't get it yet just because I got distracted and forgot about it. Now I can only use the code once!! Snooz U Looz!!

Only thing I can see is something screwy gone wrong with the forum software. IDK.

What browser are you using? There is no setting for this that I have been able to locate. I have looked. Send in a support request. I would think the admins would want to know if Wookiee hasn't already got them involved.

Great job Gary!! Vocals sounded really good. I like ol Elvis. And you did it justice. Better than some of them impersonators I have seen at the Casino's! In the beginning, the music is not quite up front enough I think. : ) Just the right amount and kind of reverb to make it authentic!!
-
This explains it all now!! : ) Those are some good backing trks. Going listen to your Elvis cover now!
-
I would have to agree also. Good tune.
-
That's what I'm thinking. Yeah, it would. : ) Would have to agree with you on both accounts.
-
Yep, I think you got it! Good job. Did you do any mastering? Sounds cleaner than the first time. Could just be my memory too now! : )

This is what I see:

Something is wrong right there!!

I don't see a problem with using another band to reference a certain quality of your music.

That is the gamble. That intro price is hard to beat. And if they are like MODO Bass was, it took forever to get to a good price. I think this last Max deal was the first time I seen MODO Bass offered with a bundle.

Vocal was perfect for me Gary. So your new method is heading in the right direction. Are you using Band In A Box or anything like that to make the backing trk? Or is it paid for stuff. Because this song and the GB copy sound really good. Good luck with the new band. Ya'll should have a great time sounds like to me!

Gary you ever make it around Baton Rouge we can have a good throw down!! We could pass a good time for sure! The backing track was excellent. It had me going right from the very start. IF you programed all of that, I want to take lessons from you!! You had to play some of it, it just sounds so natural and full of feel. Drums were flowing as was the bass lines. I know this song, and you did a fine job on the vocals. But I would go to say that you have your own version of this. One take!! Good job on desiceding that was the keeper. Who's doing the bkup voc? Well just so you know, I am here at work and I enjoyed this so much, I was dancing up here in the wheel house!!

Really liked this on the first listen, but even more on the second. Really dreamy feel going on there. Spacey feel with all the reverb in the right places. I enjoyed this. Really nice work. Not sure if the vocals were saying anything, but they did sound wonderful and make the song stand out. Nice work.

Great voice Gary. Really liked this song. Nice guitar playing. Drums falling right in with the song. So I am thinking someone played them. If not, great programing!! I am thinking that's a wrap. But if I were to change anything, I would back off the reverb on your vocals. Have them more up front. You sound just as good as Garth!! Show off them pipes!

Loved it!! Definitely a "Primus-Like" feel. I never hear the guitars until Tom brought it up. I thought I was good at spotting a guitar player mixing!! But I was listening to what I took as the bass line. Or maybe is that a Baritone guitar? Subject matter was very unusual to say the least! But the delivery kept my interest. Really nice effect, not to over done, just the right amount. Excellent mix and master. I can't hear anything I would change. Good job.

You don't see a little envelope next to your user name and notifications?

Good work Andy. I like this a lot. Speaking of Drone Metal, I kept waiting to hear a guitar wall of sound drenched in reverb and delay (in synch with the drone of course!). Maybe doing some slide work in there too!! All underneath the synths and never dominating. Get one of his bud's that he plays with to do it! Really good work Andy. Really like your stuff and this is a surprise! The video was really well done. I would have loved this back in the day!! : )

Really good song Andy. Lyrics are real and touching. I could fell them as you sang. I would also get the buddy to see what he could do with the mix. I think the song deserves that. I thought your vocals were good. I didn't notice any Melodyne in them at all. I wasn't looking mind you! I thought you did a very good job. It's really funny what happened today. I was coming to work and saw a light come through a glass crystal in my truck, shineinng with some really deep reds and yellows and blues, and the thought came to me that it was the person who gave it to me saying hello. They had suffered for so long too. So when I listened to this song, it was special. Thanks Andy.

Lovely song John Well written arrangement and it all works well together. For me listening on my system here at work, there were some volume jumps that I noticed. In the beginning when the flute comes in, that was noticabley louder on my system than the piano. I was listening to the piano work and when the flute came in I lost the focus on the piano. The melody of the flute is really nice. To me it conveys a message of love. The harmony parts of the flute was a good touch. Again nice work there. When the strings come in I really liked that. Sounded good. At 3:26 or so when the strings come back in, I think if that was lower in volume and had some reverb added to that part it wouldn't stand out as much as it does now would support the song better. For me here on this system I am listening on they are too up front. Is that a real bass player playing the bass? Sounds really good and smooth. And that little melody part at the end around the 3:55 is a really nice little add in. That finishes the song off very well. All in all great work. Good job John!

The 2019 mix is definetly more clear. I like the song. Both mixes are fine IMHO. But if I had to pick one, it would be the 2019 mix for sure. I think the drums are a little too up front in the beginning of the song when they come in. However, they are perfect towards the last part of the song. And the guitar note held toward the end of the song was really standing out on the first mix, I'd say a bit too much. In the new mix it doesn't stand out as much, but I would still taper it down a little. Beautiful song. I enjoyed listening to both versions.

I also have four dups. And I own all their synths. Even OD. But I don't have all the sound packs. And I am torn between asking or just waiting for another great sale.

Anxious, just send them an email and ask. I have seen people do similar things and gotten results by just sending an email to them. They really good people over there.
