I was debating on the 25 key version for that $159 myself. But,  as a piano player I just had to go with the 49 key version.  Now I have Pete already giving me ideas on how to expand it.  When will it end.

Just got a iRig Keys I/O 49 delivered today from Sweetwater.  Have to register it tonight when I get home from work to get my license for SampleTank 4 max

@Misha I don't think that will work that way.   

I think if you are that concerned, learn a couple of other DAW's in case CbB does fold.  Several of us did that when Gibson shut Cakewalk down. I'm back with CbB but have a couple other DAW's.  I have learned that each DAW have some pluses and minuses.
