    Yes, when I first saw it I thought it was a price drop for the same thing as before, but they've held firm to their important promise. And the contents of this one are very nice as well.

  6. As for Melda MCombMB, if you are considering upgrading the bundle in the future, you can get an additional $8 deducted from the purchase price, so if you are interested in this plug-in, it may be a good idea. (You may deduct $17 or $18 from the bundle price)
  7. Yes, they seem to have taken group-buy measures. They have become much more reluctant. I would buy Pianoverse if Total Studio MAX and others were discounted based on ownership, rather than a lump sum of upgrades, etc.

But they don't seem to handle this issue for some reason. It seems that subscription-only users can solve this problem by recreating their account when they encounter this issue. However, there is currently no workaround for purchasers of the plugin. You should keep this in mind if you are looking to purchase or upgrade from the official store. Hopefully they will take this issue seriously.

  19. I am sorry for your heartache. I am probably one of those ignored by them. There is a big difference in temperature between what they can respond to and what they can't. Maybe it is their policy not to let us respond to inquiries that are not in the manual.
  20. UA support is very busy at the moment. It may take a few days, but once a reply is received, the response is prompt.
  21. Their current marketing is distributing special coupons with people who meet certain criteria. They experiment a lot to get data from their customers. This has been getting a lot of flak lately. If a person meets certain criteria and does not receive a coupon, they will often comply if you inquire. However, as in the recent case of the Thx coupon, there are cases where support will pass or fail. In that case, please send me an attachment with a statement from someone inside UA. They should be able to respond.
  22. They may still be confused. Maybe they are in the process of talking privately and can't reveal it. If they finally do respond with some kind of message, I think it is an act of good faith. I have seen other developers who do not admit their mistakes, insist on justification, and treat their customers like crazies. I hope NI is not one of those developers.

  24. It is unfortunate that it was the wrong sale. I was expecting a new hardware model to come. I was wondering if I should update Komplete or buy hive or diva. But I guess I wasn't fast enough lol.
