So I'm currently running Reaper and was thinking about possibly getting into Ableton due to the price of entry not being too outrageous. I've also tried Waveform and Mixcraft and neither of those seem 'fun' to use with their own little quirks. I mainly work in MIDI and I take there's not too much difference between Standard and Suite? I really can't see much of a reason to cough up a few hundred more for Suite. Or would some other DAW better support and co-exist with Reaper (Studio One? Cubase supposedly has the best midi controls, but I take the more exclusive ones are in the most expensive package.)

I wouldn't know a thing ? But, I figured it was good to throw out there before people get blinded by the 95% off thing and engage full fomo-mode. Just to see what's happening around and go from there.

Doesn't seem to mention anything about them at PB, so probably limited to their own site.

Nah, it's fine. I don't mind supporting Hornet with my stupidity since they do seem to treat their customers with some respect.

Damn. Almost got my hopes up but not looking for any choirs anytime soon. Thanks for the heads up though. Is there a list of other 3rd party deals on NI?

Sonible smart:bundle for their anniversary price + whatever the new de-esser is on top. Doubtful it'll happen. I'd like to see Strezov Sampling discount stuff for 50+ % off but I doubt it'll happen either. Maybe Orchestral Tools have cooked something really nice up? Maybe some historical lows on some particular Melda stuff? Perhaps Best Service's Forest Kingdom 3 if it goes down, but kinda wish they'd use a different player. Interested in seeing what Spitfire Audio is bundling up in this year's Ton. So basically, a lot of hopeful uncertainty. The only certain thing at the moment will be a few ddmf plugins on Friday.

Yeah. Hornet plugins are a no-brainer. I've accidentally bought multiples a few times when I forgot what I had. Felt stupid of course, but at the end of the day I didn't mind.

I've got them on a different drive. But I don't think you can choose on an individual basis, so you might have to relocate your older installs (there's different folders for the VSTs though, so those can be default I'd assume).

Is there any crossgrade deal from Jaeger to Nucleus?
