Hi John With the fear of falling out with someone, I am choosing not to comment on the subject matter but I have to say that musically, this is excellent and your vocal performance sits in there perfectly. That bassline is the shizzle.

I was listening to this one on a system with a separate sub-woofer and it usually over accentuates the bass. Maybe I was feeling cranky (hadn't had my frosted flakes) I'll have a listen on my studio monitors later

great playing and tones as usual mate. It maybe my imagination but is it a little light on the lower end? ....and, yes drums are a bit busy for my tastes.

I enjoyed the song back then - still a good song. Mix-wise, I found the hi-hats distracting - I think they could be thinned out and brought down in volume - but otherwise good stuff
