  1. Thanks Tom, appreciate it, Thanks for the listen Bjorn. Thanks for the kind words, Andy, glad you enjoyed it. Thanks Jesse. Thanks David, I'd love to play these live after all these years. Thanks for listening.
  2. Hey all, hope all is well. I received an email the other day from a fan who lost his copy of my first Cakewalk released material. (originally through MP3.com’s label where you could make cd’s from uploaded tracks.) I’m not at my place where my studio/ daw is plus the projects no longer exist so for fun I tried remastering the old masters using a laptop for my very first time. On my HP I installed Studio One, a handful of plugins & used an old pair of MDR-1706’s. These tunes were part of my intro period learning Cakewalk & midi circa 2000. Back then it was CW Pro Audio, a Delta 44, 16b/44k audio, a Kawai K1 II for my main keys & a few sound modules. No room treatment & pre IK’s ARC. For these ‘re-re-masters’ there wasn’t much I could do but the guy did get his replacement copy! It was poorly mixed along with some questionable parts but hope there’s something on it you might enjoy... have a great week.
  3. Thanks for the kind words PC.
  4. An auto expand was an example of how to handle the wasted space. I would think there would be a manual sizing. Either way it would be proportional to the screen size used. The left mixer in that pic is also user adjustable. I can drag & resize the faders either up or down by hand. (Also nice is being able to click & instantly collapse sends, insert...the width is also adjustable.) I work in mixer view as much as the other views so it helps when I can see any readout values...in Cakewalk it's always been more of a representation that there's a signal present.
  5. Nice as always. I enjoyed both the track & mix. l dream every night & they start as I drift off to sleep so I can relate to these layers.
  6. Thanks Bjorn, glad you enjoyed it!
  7. IIRC you need at least2 listeners for the playlist to show. If you're on the app it's 25 listeners.
  8. It would be nice if the faders in CbB expanded upward when there's unused or empty space available. Here's the mixer view in another daw I use, same size.
  9. Thanks Wookiee, the sax collab is by Alexis Van Eeckhout from Belgium.
  10. Thanks for the feedback Steve.
  11. Thanks for listening guys.
  12. interesting as the keys figure & gtr were edgy/abrupt & the vibe was smooth. In my cans the mix had a laid back quality too.- enjoyed it
  13. Thank you for the very kind words Jesse, very much appreciated.
  14. I'd wait a bit first, send them one or two more reminder emails in the meantime. If it's obvious the person isn't going to respond or pay then take action. After it's settled I would list the item again with a bit of clarification as to what happened in your listing, nothing scathing but let viewers know why the item is being listed again. This has happened to me before, several times the winning bid ended up being higher than that of the first listing. Depends on the item & who's interested. Some bidders who missed the first listing might pay more to make sure they get it the next time around.. I've been lucky on eBay, i started in 1999 & at that time PayPal didn't exist, I use to accept checks then send the item after it cleared. I did that for years & only received one bad check. I emailed the person & had her pay for the item plus my bank fee...which she did! I'm not using eBay much anymore, I don't like their new terms...
  15. Thanks David! Not a problem guys , it's long & not for everyone's taste.. no need to listen to the entire piece or to comment,.thanks. (Good luck with the cooker / clock situation Wookiee!) Thanks Kurt, this was released for a while back in 2009 ..It needs a total face lift starting from the ground up.. atm not interested in opening the can of worms!
  16. Spinning up my hardrives every year to keep them functioning here's this I wrote & recorded back in 2005. The mix is bad, some things need to be re-done but for now.... instrumental, easy listening, jazz, symphonic, fusion..audio (w/ two video bits towards the end)..have a great w/e...
  17. Not exactly, IIRC it's something like $0.18 per view
  18. I've bought & sold on both eBay & Reverb.com with great success, just be aware of their terms & policies regarding bank info, fees etc..

  20. it loads much faster now. I do hear problems with the stereo imaging of the samples, they drift at certain times. Not sure if it's the samples themselves or the engine. Very obvious esp. when turning off the verb. This makes me want a mono setting ( haven't found yet one if there is)
  21. You need the 60GB available for the install, the download is 25GB.
  22. Good news, hopefully the new Gorilla engine is better than the previous. BTW I had to register Pulse, it didn't accept the Virharmonic login.
  23. had a very tiny Jean-Luc / Vision Is A Naked Sword flashback
