  1. Hello, This problem existed since Cakewalk by Bandlab and it's carried over to Cakewalk Sonar. Let's say...The project file is called "MySong" and the file is "MySong.cwp". It's in the folder called "MySong" in drive D:. The "audio" folder is also in that same folder "D:\MySong". After finishing with the work, I saved the whole project as a bundle file (CWB) in another folder called "D:/Bundles". Normally, I would expect to see one "MySong.cwb" file directly in "D:/Bundles". But the "MySong.cwb" is in fact in a folder called "MySong" inside "D:/Bundles". And this "MySong" folder also has a folder called "audio" which is always empty. Did I do something wrong? (I hope I explained it well enough!) Cheers,
  2. Hi there, Thank you for your attention. I use the monitor built in the notebook computer, Windows 11, scaling factor 100 percent, text size 125 percent, resolution 1920x1080 (native). Intel Core i7-9750 CPU @ 2.60 GHz, installed ram 48 GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. (I really don't understand these specifications!) This morning (it's afternoon now here) I was informed of the new version of Cakewalk Sonar, installed it. I checked the lyrics window again and the editing function is now back to normal (the keyboard was working again in that window). I don't know it it's related to the update or not? Problem gone, Thank you very much....
  3. Hi there, It happened again yesterday (2025/07/10), I had to do the lyrics editing in a separate Windows notepad, copied the text one phrase at a time to the Windows clipboard and then pasted it back to the Cakewalk Sonar lyrics window using the paste function of the lyrics window. It's a workaround that I think of (if I cannot use Cakewalk by Bandlab). But it's a trial and error experience that worked. I'm certain that it has nothing to do with the monitor. I use the one monitor builtin to the notebook computer.
  4. There's currently a bug in the lyrics windows of Cakewalk Sonar. The editor window does not work at all. I had to open the file with Cakewalk by Bandlab and used the lyrics editor. Then I reopened the same file in Cakewalk Sonar. But I wonder if and when Cakewalk by Bandlab stops working, how I can I edit the lyrics in Cakewalk Sonar.
