Well smooth and sensual it is. Your style is a good place to slip back to, always well done. But I get wanting to try new things too. Both are good directions. I might smooth out the ending make it a little more gradual. Sounds great !

Nice vibe, wonderful guitar works, mix is great to me. I know what you mean about strange problems! Having some in my current project. Kinda makes you want to just get it done before things get worse !

Smooth and romantic. I think some bass and maybe strings wound enrich it if you want to add other instruments. Simple is good too, it accentuates your nice singing.

Great tune, quite cheery for the subject matter ha. The mix sounds good. Enjoyed it. ps I couldnt possibly do any song of any sort without melodyne, its an amazing creative tool in addition to fixing things

One of those reggae songs that is up and lighthearted. Nice bass tone. Some of the instruments are close in tone so some more separation might have made them stand out more individually. You got the dub part down good. Good reverb/delay use. I think you did good with the song, reggae is not as easy to make as it might seem. Nice to hear some reggae on the song forum, thanks for posting it.

Hi Fletch, thanks for posting your videos ! They are well done and interesting. Some of the things I found interesting are the variety in the vocals, their styles and delivery and moods, the synths and having both male and female singers. The changes in the songs really can switch moods too, like scenes in an opera, but all passionate. I think Dissonant Whispers is my favorite. As far as any suggestions, just one minor one really, the female vocal in the early part of Monachopsis seems like a different space from the rest of the song (I got this comment once ha), and the backing vocals could be a bit thicker and richer when they are used (I love playing with backing vocals so I would just play with them more). They could be more haunting. Good luck with all your projects!

Hi Steve, thank you for listening and your feedback. What you did add wasn't nothing because it made me smile to know my song/video made you feel happy. I don't think I've ever made a song that was experienced as fun and happy like the comments are saying for this one, and thats special to me. You're welcome !

Sounds great. Thanks for posting the lyrics although they are clear. I like the sort of choppy feeling then contrasting other parts that roll along. And the changes in the vocals, keeps it interesting.

Fantastic is right. Relaxing, dramatic, awe inspiring, serene, expansive, boy are we a speck. I didn’t realize you also do the astrophotography, amazing. Thanks for posting

Hi Nigel, thanks for listening/watching and your comment. Glad you enjoyed both ! I haven't done many videos and who knows about the future but I don't think I will make so many I need to buy an AI video program and the free ones are good enough for me. I'm pretty slow at finishing songs. I agree that they get better all the time and that AI is going to impact us in ways we can now foresee like in the arts, but probably some unpredictable ways too. Technology does that. For now, its fun to play around with the free stuff and I hope your students enjoy what you teach them. I think that's great. I think kids really benefit from creative expression, as do we ha. Keep up the good work !

Hi Matthew, thanks for listening and your feedback. Glad you thought it was fun ! When I was making up the organ parts, I really tried to imagine and emulate what my former Jamaican bandmate Jah Banny would have come up with on the organ and I think I made up better stuff that way. You know, like what would Banny do ha.
