How do I report a problem with a Cakewalk product?

I don't think there is a fretboard view in the piano roll, but there is a tab view in the staff view. If this does not answer your question, start a new thread please.

Please start a new thread in THIS FORUM and list your computer specifications, and provide a screen shot of what you're seeing. This is not common behaviour for most users.

Hello. I've been emailing the support team about a bug in CbB for a while now, but since some time I've stopped receiving replies (including autoresponder emails) and I've checked spam to make sure I haven't received anything back. Even resending new emails has been equally unhelpful. Can you tell me what has happened? Can you help me?

are you repeatedly send an email about the same bug? and after the first or few, that they acknowledged you sent them?

Thank you for your reply. It was just a general delay in replying and has been resolved.
